En una nueva edición de los BET Hip-Hop Awards Cardi B ha sido la gran triunfadora e con 5 premios, incluido el de mejor single. Kendrick Lamar fue el otro gran triunfador con 4 premios y para él fue el premio al mejor álbum . La gala fue presentada por DJ Khaled, aunque la noticia fue sin duda el freestyle de Eminem, en ese rap contra el presidente Donald Trump.
